SHIPPING

The domestic cost of shipping (within Australia) is included in the listed price.  All artworks will be shipped with tracking and insurance. We will endeavour to fill the order within 5 business days and tracking details will be emailed to you. Please note, some artists are located in more remote areas and therefore there may be postage delays beyond our control from certain locations.

A shipping quote can be organised on international shipments and will include packing/handling and insurance. 

Most artworks are available for pick up from Forestville and local delivery can be arranged in the
Northern Beaches.

RETURN POLICY ON ARTWORKS

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. We also understand that not every artwork may resonate with you or fit your space perfectly, so we offer change of mind refunds on original artworks. The return cost of postage will be your responsibility. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the artwork, to obtain a return number and packing label. If you have any questions or concerns about our return policy please reach out. 

You are also covered by our refund policy if the artwork you receive is not the one you ordered, different in appearance or size, differs significantly from its photograph(s) on our website, or is damaged in transit.

Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the artwork at info@kapeesh.com.au with photographic evidence and we will coordinate the return of the artwork and a full refund.

PLEASE NOTE: RETURNED ARTWORK MUST BE PHOTOGRAPHED AND PACKAGED SECURELY -  NO REFUND WILL BE PAID IF THE RETURNED ARTWORK IS DAMAGED DUE TO INADEQUATE RETURN PACKAGING.

RETURN POLICY ON ALL OTHER ITEMS

Please choose your purchases carefully.

No refunds will be given on change of mind purchases from the website other than original artwork.

Refunds will only be given on damaged goods, where there is a manufacturing or production fault, where the artist has dispatched the incorrect items or where damaged has occurred by the carrier (photographic evidence required on arrival).

In the event that the item you have purchased is no longer available you will be contacted to arrange a replacement or refund.

Please contact us via email: info@kapeesh.com.au - within 7 days of receiving the goods with photographic evidence of the damage/error and the carrier/tracking details.

PAYMENT METHOD

At Kapeesh Artisan Gallery & Gifts, we accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Your order will be processed upon receipt of payment, ensuring a timely delivery. Please note that refunds will be returned to the card that the purchase was made from and no credits will be issued.
