Where do your artists come from?At Kapeesh, we take pride in featuring a diverse and talented group of artists from around the Northern Beaches of Sydney and across Australia. Our artists come from various cultural and artistic backgrounds but all live and work in Australia. We love to support local artists and give them a fair deal, whilst also being passionate about reducing our global foot print by only selling locally within Australia and the Pacific.

What should I do if my purchase from Kapeesh Artisan Gallery & Gifts was damaged on arrival?We're sorry to hear about your damaged purchase! At Kapeesh Artisan Gallery & Gifts, we take great care in packaging and shipping our artisan products. However, we understand that accidents can happen during transit. Please contact us immediately with in 48 hours of receiving the item, with your order details and a photo of the damaged item. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or a refund, per our return and exchange policy. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to making sure that your experience with Kapeesh is a positive one.

I received the wrong order or artwork, what should I do now?Firstly we apologise for any inconvenience, all of our pieces are sent out by the artists themselves. Please contact our us within 7 days of receiving your order to let us know about the issue. You can reach out to us via email: info@kapeesh.com.au or by phone 0402 405 844. We will work to quickly resolve the issue and arrange for the correct order to be shipped to you or provide a refund or store credit, depending on your preference. We will require that the incorrect item to be returned, and we will cover the return shipping costs. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to making things right for you. What if the art piece I purchased from Kapeesh was not what I expected?At Kapeesh Artisan Gallery, we understand that choosing artwork is a personal and important decision. In the event that the art piece you purchased does not meet your expectations, we offer a flexible and customer-friendly return and exchange policy. Simply contact our customer service team within 7 days of your purchase, and we will gladly assist you in arranging a return or exchange. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your artwork and find a piece that resonates with you, and we are dedicated to providing a positive experience for all of our valued customers. How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
